Examples of good vs bad photos
![]() Eyes closedWhilst it's a good photo of Boggle, his eyes are closed and he's resting his face against a crochet blanket. It's much better to paint a pet where their head is not partially blocked. | ![]() Perfect shot!D.D. is looking straight at the camera with deep expression in her eyes. We can see that her ears have lowlights on their tips. | ![]() Too far awayCute shot but we can't see their beautiful distinguishing features! |

![]() Too much shadowThis photo shows off D.D.'s handsome profile which is helpful however a photo without any shadow would be much better. | ![]() Good shot but could be betterWe love this photo of Boggle. It shows his David Bowie eyes (one brown, one blue), his overbite, gorgeous eye patch and the brown tip on his ear. He is looking up so we'd also need a second photo of Boggle looking straight ahead. | ![]() No goodThe photo only shows part of Boggle's face and he has red-eye. |
