Chloe judges from the wall
Chloe is the spawn of the neighbourhood Geelong tomcat who knocked up all the local, non-desexed she-cats. He was a father to many, dad to none. Lucky for Chloe, she was discovered soon after birth by Penny's father, abandoned at an egg farm and has been Penny's side-kick since.
Moving from Geelong to Melbourne, Chloe loves living in a city apartment and the noise doesn't bother her since she was born deaf. Penny says the portrait captures perfectly the way Chloe looks at her with judging eyes.
